The joint medical office was founded by Dr. Marcel Francesconi in 2018 and combines medical specialists of the following specialties at one location:

Our specialists work as private doctors. Some of them have a contract with the KFA (Insurance Fund for Public Service Employees). Several years of hospital experience and networking with hospitals as well as office-based physicians ensure optimum care. The premises of the medical office are extremely modern, fully equipped, and of course barrier-free. You make appointments directly with the respective medical specialist.

Dr. Marcel Francesconi
Senior Consultant
SPECIALIST FOR INTERNAL MEDICINE AND CARDIOLOGY, INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGY
As a specialist of internal medicine and cardiology, and senior consultant in a large cardiac catheter center in Vienna, Dr. Francesconi will advise you in all matters related to cardiology (high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, cardiac catheterization, inflammation of the heart muscle, diseases of heart valves, cardiac rhythm disturbances, genetic heart diseases, etc.)
After more than 10 years of experience in the cardiac catheter laboratory, he has performed more than 4000 cardiac catheterizations, has several years of expertise in interventional cardiology, and performs stent implantations independently. A contract exists with the KFA insurance company.
Dr. Carmen Haider
SPECIALIST FOR CARDIOLOGY, INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGY
As a specialist in cardiology, Dr. Haider is available to evaluate and manage a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease (CAD), valvular heart disease, myocarditis, and cardiac arrhythmias, as well as their associated risk factors such as arterial hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and metabolic syndrome.
In collaboration with you as the patient, she will develop an individualized plan aimed at minimizing your cardiovascular risk as effectively as possible. Additionally, drawing on her experience as an interventional cardiologist working in the cardiac catheterization laboratory, she ensures that appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic measures are taken when there is suspicion of a cardiovascular disease.
Dr. Johanna Vollhofer-Dietl
SPECIALIST FOR NEPHROLOGY AND DIABETOLOGY
Dr. Johanna Vollhofer-Dietl is a specialist in general medicine and a board-certified internist with a subspecialty in nephrology. As a senior physician at Klinik Favoriten, she leads the diabetes outpatient clinic. She brings many years of clinical experience, particularly in the care of patients with kidney diseases and diabetes mellitus. Her practice focuses on thorough internal medical evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and reliable long-term care—whether for preventive check-ups, follow-up care, or second opinions. Her additional qualifications in emergency medicine, palliative care, travel medicine, and street medicine enable her to provide comprehensive care that addresses the patient as a whole.
Dr. Christian Neuhauser

SPECIALIST FOR NEUROLOGY
As a specialist for neurology Dr. Christian Neuhauser is available for the investigation of neuropsychiatric diseases such as headache, dizziness, memory disorders, anxiety, states of exhaustion and depression. As long-standing head of a large medical ward for strokes at the University Clinic, he is also experienced in the prevention and follow-up of circulatory disorders of the brain. Dr. Neuhauser passes on his knowledge as a specialist regularly in the course of national and international lectures.

SPECIALIST FOR INTERNAL MEDICINE, HEMATOLOGY AND INTERNAL ONCOLOGY
As a specialist for internal medicine, hematology, internal oncology, and as senior consultant at one of the largest oncology centers, Dr. Clemens Leitgeb has several years of experience in the treatment of cancer and blood diseases. His work at the medical office is focused on evaluating current reports, discussing further diagnostic options, drafting treatment plans, ongoing assessments of treatment results, follow-up, and statements by way of a second opinion. Based on his additional training in palliative medicine and pain therapy, and his knowledge of complementary medicine, Dr. Leitgeb is able to create comprehensive treatment concepts for patients.

SPECIALIST FOR OPHTHALMOLOGY
As a specialist for ophthalmology and optometry Dr. Stefan Hagen will be glad to advise you about all questions related to the health of your eyes. Based on his experience in cataract, retinal and glaucoma surgery at the ophthalmology department of Landstrasse Clinic and the newest diagnostic options at the medical office, Dr. Stefan Hagen is your competent consultant for a number of ophthalmological questions. A contract exists with the KFA insurance company.
Univ. Prof. Dr. Marek Ehrlich
SPECIALIST FOR HEART SURGERY
As a specialist for heart surgery Univ. Prof. Dr. Marek Ehrlich will be very glad to advise you about all types of surgery related to the heart, the aorta, and surgical ablation procedures (bypass operations, valve surgery, aneurysm surgery, surgical treatment of atrial fibrillation). Univ. Prof. Dr. Marek Ehrlich has gained several years of experience abroad in the USA, has been serving as senior consultant at the University Clinic in the General Hospital since 2008, and is also head of the aneurysm and atrial fibrillation program at the above mentioned institution. Univ. Prof. Dr. Marek Ehrlich is your ideal and competent consultant for the entire spectrum of cardiac and aneurysm surgery.
